Weights & Cardio (WC) - 50% weights, 50% cardio/1 hour

This class consists of alternating sets of weight training and cardio intervals and ends with core exercises and a relaxing stretch. This total body workout guarantees to pack everything you need in just under 60 minutes. Props used: dumbells, stability ball, step, tall box, Bosu trainers and medicine ball.


Cardio Blast (CB) - 90% cardio, 10% light weights/1 hour

Nonstop action and fun intervals of step, high and low impact, and 4-limb movement. Maximum calorie burn and great music to boot! Props used: step, medicine ball and light weights.


Body Shaping (BS) - 90% weights, 10% floor work/1 hour

The best of group fitness and personal training! Our skilled instructors guide you through routine that will tone and shape you from head to toe! Varying training methodolgies and a variety of tools used keep this class as interesting as it is effective. Props used: dumbells, Bosu trainers, stability ball, tall box, ankle weights and medicine ball.


Split - 50% weights, 50% cardio/1 hour

Shake things up with this class! Warm up with ab work and then its thirty minutes of weight training followed by thirty minutes of cardio. Be prepared to leave soaking wet! Props used: dumbells, tall box, step, Bosu trainers and medicine ball.


Cycle - 100% cardio/45 minutes

Awesome cardio workout that is gentle to your joints. Taught by motivating instructors who will take you through a series of jumps, sprints and uphill climbs and leave you panting but somehow wanting more! (Fitness magazine recently cited studies that show that cycling actually produces a longer afterburn of calories than any other workout!) Props used: spin bikes


bodyCIRCUIT - 33% weights, 33% cycling, 33% plyometrics and core/1 hour [ view video ]

Find out what you are really made in this class. Three rotating sections that build in intensity. Just when you think you can’t take anymore, we push you to dig deeper. (Because of the intense nature of this class, it is not recommended that you take more than 2 bodyCIRCUIT classes per week.) Props used: spin bikes, dumbells and Bosu trainers.


Box - 100% cardio/1 hour

Fun choreography and slammin’ music make this class feel more like a party than a workout! Modifications are suggested and expertly demonstrated to accommodate multiple fitness levels. Props used: step


Zumba - 100% cardio/1 hour

If you haven’t done Zumba at bodyFIT, you haven’t really done Zumba! Come and find out why. Zumba-certified instructors will have you moving and shaking in ways that you never dreamed possible! Props used: none
